Paragraphing and some punctuation were added by transcriber for ease in reading. There are no paragraphs in the original. Viz is an abbreviation for videlicet meaning "that is to say, namely". After the witnesses, "15th day of October 1796", the month runs off the page and what appears to be an "O" is visible, therefore, I have typed "October". ___________________________________________________________________ Copyright.
