AN INVENTORY OF THE ESTATE OF JONAS JOYNER, DECEASED

2 lorry beds, 1 chest, 3 lenall bowls & milk pot, 2 bottles, 2 dozen knives
and forks & 3 stone plates, 1 spinning wheel, 2 jugs, 1 bread tray & sieve,
2 iron potts and hooks, 1 pewter dish and basan, 1 frying pan, 5 spoons,
1 box iron and heters, 1 ax, 1 hammer, 1 saddle, 1 horse bell, 3 hoes, 1
set cart boxes, 1 flesh fork, 1 griddle, 1 skillet, 2 saucers, 1 box,
1 patcher, 2 plow hoes, 1 water pail, 1 pr bees. pease, 4 barrels corn,
31 barrels? fodder,

Given under my hand in the County of Southampton the 11th day of February
1788.

Note: Spelling is as shown on original. In most instances the last
sentence above would say something like: This inventory of the estate of
Jonas Joyner was presented in court this day and ordered to be recorded.
In this case, it appears that "r tur n d and ordered to be recorded" was
an afterthought. I have not left any letters out - it is spaced out 
as shown.
