In the name of God Amen I Levi LOWE of the county of Southampton being Sick & weak but of Sound mind & memory do make and ordain this my last will & testament, in manner & form as followeth, Viz.t: First I lend to my loving wife Sally LOWE my negros namely Easter Jinny Harry Ann Nelly & Peter: also Stock of horses Cattel Sheep & hogs: also the lot of my household & Kitchen furniture with the hole of Plantation utensils during her natural life or widowhood and at the death or marriage of my loving wife: Secondly, I give to my son Elias LOWE my neg. Harry: Third: I give to my son Micajah LOWE my Negro Ann: Fourthly: I give to my son Spencer LOWE my negro Peter: Fifthly: I give to my daughter Sally LOWE one feather bed & furniture & one cow & Calf: Sixthly I give to my daughter Betsy LOWE one feather bed & furniture & one Cow & Calf- Sevently I give to my daughter Cherry LOWE one feather bed & furniture & one Cow & Calf- 8thly: I give to my daughter Nancy LOWE one feather bed & furniture & one Cow & Calf. And it is my will and desire that if either of my two eldest sons should die without lawfull begotten heir that that's land shall fall to my son Spencer LOWE: also if either of my three sons should die without issue, I desire that's negro should be equally divided Between the hole of my children that are living and I do appoint my son Elias LOWE my hole sole Executor of this my last will & testament and do revoke & make void all former wills by me heretofore made & do establish this to be my last will & Testament.
