The last Will and Testament of Matthew Mountford dec.d was proved by the oaths of Harrison D Moore and Gillum* Edwards two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the Motion of William McClenny the executor therein named who made oath and together with Clem: Rochelle, Jacob H Duck Selomon Carr and James M. McClenny his Securities entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of three thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted him for obtaining a probat of Said Will in due form.
