Pretlow who made oath and together with Thomas Pretlow Robert Pretlow and Joseph Pretlow his Securities entered into and acknowledged a bond in the Penalty of forty thou= Sand dollars conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration on the estate of Ann Pretlow deceased in due form. - Ordered that John Moore, Benjamin Devany and Jesse Drewry being first duly Sworn before [page break] [in modern pen, p.] 261 a Justice of the Peace for that purpose do appraise all the personal estate of Ann Pretlow deceased and return the appraisement under their hands to Court - On the motion of Alfred L.
