I give to my wife Tabitha Raiford, all that I am possest with, as long as she lives Single, and at her death or marriage, I want all my property Sold as follows, E. W. & G. W. Raiford has had What I expect them to have, I leave to William G. and Edward J. Raiford my Land, my home track*, and there is thirty One acres of the jones track* to ad* to the home track*; I Want Mary Lee and Mills E. Raiford, to divide the property if they Can divide it Satisfactory, and if not, they must have it Sold, and divide the money if there is any money I Want Mary Lee, Mills E. Edward J., and William G. A Writing bearing date March 2.d 1872, purporting to be the last Will & Testament of Philip Raiford dec.d was this day presented to the Court, & there being no Subscribing witnesses thereto, Geo. W. Raiford & Edward W. Raiford being Sworn & examined as Witnesses the Court after hearing the Testimony is of Opinion that the Said Writing bearing date as aforesaid, and the Signature thereto is wholly in the handwriting of the Said Philip Raiford dec.d Therefore it is Ordered that the Said Writing be recorded as the true last Will & Testament of the said Philip Raiford dec.d Teste, L.R.
