Viz. Imprimis, I Give unto my Wife Martha Smith the Use of my Eleven Negroes hereafter nam'd Viz. Ben, Siah, Sam, David, Bob, Inike, Annaia, Natt, Charles, Joe, Harry, until the said Slaves Arive to the Years of Thirty one, at which time my Will desire is that all & every of above Negroes should be Set free Respectively at their Arival at thirty One Years of Age Item, I give the use of my Negro Woman Milly to my Wife Martha Smith Until the first day of January One Thousand Seven hundred & Eighty four, at which time my Will & desire is that the s.d Negro Woman Milly should be set free. Item, I give the Use of my Negro Young dick to my Wife Martha Smith Until the first day of January One Thousand Seven hundred & Eighty Seven, at the Expiration of which time my Will & desire is that the said dick should be set free.
