Guin Summerell of the county of So.ton being Sick and weak in body but of a disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last will and testament as follows _ Imprimis ) I lend unto my Loveing Wife Elizabeth during her natural Life or Widowhood the Whole of my estate real personally or mixt and after her death or mariage I give and bequeath the Same in the following manner [page break] [p.] 210 To my son Thomas Summerell and his heirs for ever I give and bequeath the house I now live in with one half of my Lands thereto adjoining ___ To my son William Summerell and his heirs forever I give and bequeath the other half of my Lands ___ My will and desire is that John Clayton jun.r Joseph Jones William Boykin and Henry Branch or any three of them make partition and division of my Lands between my two sons before mentioned in case they should disagree ___ To my daughter Nancy Bools I give and bequeath a Negro girl named Violet to her and her heirs forever on her husbands paying unto my daughter Milly the sum of twenty pound Virginia money and in case he should refuse so to do then I give and bequeath the said negro girl to my said daughter Milly to her and her heirs forever.
