Wills: Charlotte Taylor, Southampton Co, VA (1791)

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Charlotte Taylor of the County of 
Southampton being weak in body tho of sound and disposing mind
and memory and wishing to prevent disputes about my estate after 
my death do make this my last will and testament in manner and 
form following to wit:

My will and desire is that all the estate which I am entitled
to by my fathers Will shall go to my mother Temperance
Taylor to be disposed of in any manner she may think proper
and I appoint her Executor to this my Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
30th day of November one thousand seven hundred and ninety.

and declared by the Testator
to be her Last Will & Testament
in presence of:

Robert Taylor
John Taylor
               At a Court held for the County of Southampton
                      the 15th day of April 1791

the oaths of Robert Taylor and John Taylor, witnesses thereto
and ordered to be recorded.
