I Simon Vick of Southampton County and State of Virginia Being in a Low state of health but in Perfect sence and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form as followeth Imprimis - Item_ I give and bequeath to Andrew Mack Mial five Shillings to him and his heirs forever__ Item_ I give and bequeath to my grand Daughter Mason Vick one Negroe namely Jinny to her and her heirs forever__ Item_ I give and bequeath to my Grand Son Little Buary ['Littleberry'] Vick one Negro namely Viney to him and his heirs forever __ Item_ I Give and bequeath to my grand son John Vick one negro namely Hanke[?] to him and his heirs forever- -- Item_ I give and bequeath to my grand Daughter Lucy Vick one Negro namely Peter to her and her heirs forever --- Item_ I give & bequeath to my grand son Peterson Vick one negro namely Venus to him and his heirs forever --- Item_ My Will and desire is that all the rest and remainder of my Estate be sold and after my Just Debts paid the money ariseing from such sale to be Equally Divided between my Sons Jacob Vick,; Jesse Vick, & John Vick -- I do also constitute and appoint my Son Jacob Vick my hole and Sole Executor fo his[sic] my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and affixt my seal this 26th day of Septr. 1798 Simon (hismark) Vick (seal) Signd.
