In the Name of God Amen  I Benjamin WARREN of County of Southampton do make and 
ordain this my Last Will & Testament in manner following- To Wit- 
Item  I Give & bequeath to my Loving Wife Mary my Land & Plantation whereon I 
now Live during her natural Life, 
also I give to my Wife all the remainder of my Estate (personal) of what nature 
soever to her & her heirs for ever 
I do hereby Constitute & appoint my Loving Wife Mary my whole & sole Executrix 
to this my last will & Testament revoking & making Void all other Wills hereto 
fore made by me. 
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Affixed my seal this 16.th Day 
of December 1794-
