                  Research made by Mildred Barnum

Cemetery Location:  From Spotsylvania, go 10.3 miles south on Route #51; turn 
                    west on Route #656 which runs into Route #614, there is no 
                    turn.  Entrance to “Elmwood” is on the northwest side of 
                    Route #614, 4.3 miles from the turn leaving Route #51.  The 
                    house is .6 mile from Route #614.

There is a burying ground at “Elmwood” but no stones with inscriptions.  The 
following are buried there, and in three instances the stone bears the date of 
the death of the individual
