Houchins received $40 dollars yearly. Contributor's Note: Documents within file are poorly written, hard to read and deal with appointing attorneys; most documents are cut off at the top and bottom, thereby making it diffucult to transcribe. No documents attesting to wounds or regiment in which Houchins served.
