And as for such worldly estate and affects which I shall be possessed of or intitled unto at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same as followeth, that is to say: I give and bequeath unto my wife Margarett Baggott all my estate and bequeath to my daughter Ellinor Baggott the said lott & houses and if the said Ellinor Baggott please God should be without ear (heir) of her body, then the said lott and house to be the property of my wife Margarett Baggott.  Also after the death of my wife, my estate to be equally divided betwixt my four sons as follows: John Baggott, James Baggott, Thomas Bagott, & George Baggott and if any or either of the said four children should die, their part to be divid'd among them living. I give and bequeath to my son John Baggott my silver watch. And I do hereby nominate my wife Margarett Baggott & James Went to be whole and sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and I do give and bequeath unto my said Executors all the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever, both real and personal, hereby revoking and making void all other and former Wills by me heretofore made, and do declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
