Item: I give and bequeath to my children which I have named as follows (viz): Elizabeth, Ann, James, Henry, George, Nelly and William to be equally devided amongst them and to their heirs forever all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County Fayatte on the Kentucky River containing one thousand and ninety one acres by the patent bearing date the fourteenth day of August one thousand seven hundred and eighty six and signed by Patrick Henry, Esquire, governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth one bed and furniture and a small walnut table to her and her heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Nelly one bed and furniture and a small poplar table to her and her heirs forever. And Lastly: I appoint my brother Edward Elley, my friend James Lewis and my son James Cunningham Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
