Item: I desire that what money is due me be collected & my debts be paid into my estate. Item: I give & bequeath unto my beloved wife Nancy Mitchell all the tract of land I now live on containing fifty acres more or less & also my stock & house & furniture (except my tools) to her & her heirs forever. Item: I give & bequeath unto my brother Barnett? Mitchell all my milling and tools to him & his heirs forever. Lastly, I nominate & appoint my father-in-law Mr. Daniel Caine? whole & sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament.
