Bell of Spotsylvania County do make this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath to my said husband Joseph H. Bell his heirs exors admins and assignes forever for his and their only ___use and behalf forever all the estate real and personal secured to my separate use by a certain indenture of marriage contract between the said Joseph H. Bell of the first part, myself of the second part and Dr. Alexander Fitzhugh and George F. Nowles of the siad part dated on the 10th day of August 1822 and recorded in the Clerks offoce of the County Court of Stafford and also any other estate real or personal to which I may be entitled or in which I may have any interest or over which I may have any power of appointment at the time of my death. Intestimony whereof, I have hereonto set my hand and seal this 26th day of June 1842.
