Dear Friend, Cousin and family,

After many years have past and I thought you all were dead
as I have not heard anything from any of you, but as myself
and family was traveling through the South, last summer and
as we were on our home road, we stopped off at
Fredericksburg 10 days and going around to see my old
friends they told me that you all wa still aliving and I
thought I would drop you this short letter to informa you
that I am still aliving and am trusting when this comes to
hand it may find you and your whole family in the best of
health.

I will not write much at this time as I do not know whether
this will reach you or not. If you will comply with letter,
I will give you all of the news here and all about Old
Falmouth and Fredericksburg.

So I will stop for this time by sending my kind regards to
your husband and family and allso to your mother and
brothers if they are all aliving. So I will close by giving
you a invitation and that is if you or your husband or
family ever come this way, please stop off and give me a
call as I would be very glad to entertain any of you.

Would love to know who William Graves was --- and any other related families
from the "old home place" he visited.

Mary Virginia's family (Wm Francis and Sarah Truslow Pullum) lived in Stafford
County, Falmouth, before and during the War.

They then moved to Westmoreland Co, PA where her brothers, were Coal Miners, and
she married William Crilley
