Item 2nd, The remainder of my property after paying all my just debts and necessary expenses I wish to be equally divided among all my children. Item 3rd, I wish only son Uriah H. Bradshaw to have the use of road through my land from the land he purchased from Joseph B. Ficklin out to the ridge road and lastly I appoint my son Uriah H. Bradshaw my Executor to this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 29th day of March in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ one thousand eight hundred and forty three. Bradshaw, the Executor therein named who made oath thereto and entered into bond with security conditioned as the law directs, a certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.
