Mrs. Banks, a native of Hertford County, N.C., was a retired forelady after 30 years’ service with Planters Peanut Co. of Suffolk. She was a member of Church of God, Franklin, and was the widow of J. Leo Banks. Survivors include two sons, C. Leo Banks Sr. of Franklin and H. Earl Banks of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Church of God, Franklin, by the Revs. Paul Dingess and Walter Snowa. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk. Essie Mae (PARAMORE; Mrs. J.
