Briggs Mrs. Nina White Briggs, 76, of 825 Wilroy Road died Wednesday in Norfolk General Hospital. She was a native of Gates County, N.C., and the widow of Joseph Henry Briggs. She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church and West Memorial Bible Class. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn B. Nelms; two sons, Haywood W. Briggs and Herbert L. Briggs; and a brother, Wesley M. White, all of Suffolk; and five grandchildren. A funeral will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by Dr. Robert B. Marr. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9, and at the home of Mrs. Nelms, 219 Bedford Place, Suffolk. Nina Belle (WHITE; Mrs. Joseph H.)
