Blanche Braswell 

  WINDSOR - Mrs. Blanche H. Braswell, 89, of 20360 Garrison Dr., died Dec. 10, 
1996, in Autumn Care of Suffolk Nursing Home.  A native of Isle of Wight 
County, she was the widow of John Letcher Braswell, and daughter of the late 
Mills Thomas Holland and Anna Belle Carr Holland. 

  Mrs. Braswell was a member of Antioch Christian Church and belonged to the 
Pine Grove Assembly and Adult Sunday School Class. 

  Survivors include a daughter, Virginia B. O'Berry of Windsor; four 
grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. 

  The funeral will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. by Revs. Jerry Sauls and 
Anthony Graffon in Harrell Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Holly Lawn 
Cemetery. 

  The family will receive visitors Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the funeral 
home, and other times at the residence. 

  Memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. 
Box 483, Windsor, Va. 23487.
