Garland Daniels 

  Garland Woodrow "Pinky" Daniels, 41, of 8489 Longstreet Lane, Suffolk, died 
yesterday in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital.  He was a native of Nansemond 
County and was the son of the late Bill John Daniels, Sr., and Mrs. Otelia 
Odey Daniels. 

  He was a member of the Somerton United Methodist Church and a member of the 
Suffolk Moose Lodge #141.  He was a livestock dealer. 

  Survivors include his wife, Linda Cutchins Daniels; a daughter, Otelia Marie 
Daniels; two sons, William Landon Daniels, and Garland W. Daniels Jr., both of 
Suffolk; and one sister, Mrs. Edna Mae Glance, of Daytona Beach, Fla.; and two 
brothers, Frank E. Daniels and Lloyd Daniels, of Suffolk. 

  A funeral service will be held Monday at 3 p.m., in the Somerton United 
Methodist Church, by the Rev. Willis Dowling, Dr. R.E. Brittle, and the Rev. 
Albert L. Crockett.  Burial will be in the church cemetery, and the family 
will be in the Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home Sunday night from 7:30 to 8:30 
for visitation.
