Born in Nansemond County, Va., she was a homemaker and the widow of Sam Glover. She was a daughter of the late Edward Hurley Brinkley Sr. and Addie Estelle Jones Brinkley. Mrs. Glover is survived by a stepdaughter, Linda G. Byrd of Franklin, Va.; sisters, Addie Marie Brinkley and Virginia B. Outlaw, both of Suffolk; a brother, Woodrow Brinkley of Littleton, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery by the Rev. Robert Bennett. Friends may join the family after the service in the fellowship hall and other times at the home of her sister, Virginia Outlaw, 4828 Nansemond Pkwy. Arrangements are by Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home.
