ROSA BELL HINES HOWELL

   Richmond - Funeral services for Rosa Hines Howell, 95, were held Saturday 
in First Baptist Church Chapel, Richmond, by Dr. Luther Joe Thompson.  Burial 
was in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk.

   The widow of Harvey F. Howell died Thursday in her home.  She formerly 
lived in Suffolk.

   She was a native of Windsor and a former member of First Baptist Church, 
Suffolk.

   Survivors include a son, Alton L. Howell of Richmond and two grandchildren.

Windsor native, d. 23 Oct 1980, at home, Richmond, age 95,
