Hamblin Mrs. Lillian Topping Hamblin, 90, of 1016 Pennsylvania Avenue, died early this morning in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. A native of Horntown, she was the widow of Frederick H. Hamblin, with whom she ran Hamblin Studio for 43 years. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church and the Women's Society of Christian Service, and a past member of Eastern Star. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. L.B. Callis Sr. of Suffolk; two nieces, Mrs. George Howerton Jr. of Suffolk and Mrs. Phil Bowen of Alexandria; one nephew, L.B. Callis Jr. of Suffolk; and several great-nieces and great- nephews. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. William R. Withers and the Rev. Donald J. Dunlap. The funeral procession will leave the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home at 10:45 a.m. The family will be at 513 East Riverview Drive. Memorial donations may be made to the Main Street United Methodist Church memorial fund or to the Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad.
