Mrs. Harcum, a native of Nansemond County, was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church. Survivors include George Ellis Harcum; two sons, George Edward Harcum and Jesse Lee Harcum of Suffolk; two sisters, Mildred C. Jackson and Annie C. Holland, both of Suffolk; and five grandchildren. The funeral was conducted Wednesday at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home by the Revs. E. Cecil Smith, Charles W. Thompson and Dan Bowers. Burial was in the Holland Cemetery.
