Tammy Jones 

  Tammy Harger Jones, 33, of 1003 Lummis Rd., died April 29, 1993, in her 
residence.  She was a native of Danbury, N.C. 

  Mrs. Jones was a secretary at C. Wesley Brinkley and Son, Inc.  Jones was 
a member of Somerton Friends Meeting, Somerton, where she was a Sunday School 
teacher, assistant treasurer, former leader of the Young Friends Group, and a 
member of the United Society of Friends Women. 

  Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bert" L. Jones; a daughter, Jennifer 
Lane Jones, and a son, Robert Zachery, both of Suffolk; her parents, Charles 
Wesley Harger and Audrey Smith Harger of Walnut Cove, N.C.; a sister, Candace 
H. Tilley of Walnut Cove; and a brother, Charles Wesley Harger Jr. of King, 
N.C. 

  The funeral will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Hershel M. Hill 
in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Somerton Friends Meeting 
Cemetery. 

  The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 8 p.m., and other times 
at the residence. 

  Memorial donations may be made to the Nansemond-Suffolk Volunteer Rescue 
Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23439.
