William H. Johnson 

  Funeral services for William Henry Johnson, who died Friday, were conducted 
Monday at 11 a.m. at the graveside at Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. James H. 
Newsom. 

  Pallbearers were William B. Harrell III, J. Harvey Price, Mahlon A. Funk, 
Joseph H. Barlow, J.M. Dailey, W.J. Spain Jr., L. Wayne Byrd, William T. 
Taylor.  R.W. Baker and Company Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 


William Henry JOHNSON, retired from C&P Telephone, Army veteran of WW-I, 
b. 9 May 1897, Nansemond Co., d. 29 Nov 1974, Suffolk, 
interred in Holly Lawn Cemetery*, Suffolk, 2 Dec 1974,
