Mrs. Lewis, a native of Nansemond County, was the widow of Cecil Lewis and a member of Holy Neck United Church of Christ. Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth L. Warren; and two grandsons, Melvin R. Warren and Delbert D. Warren, all of Suffolk; and four great- grandchildren. A funeral was conducted Monday in Holy Neck Church of Christ, Suffolk by the Rev. E. Cecil Smith. Burial was in Holland Cemetery. Harrell Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
