RICHARD MARSHALL LYNN 

   SUFFOLK - A funeral for Richard Lynn, 83, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in 
Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.

   Lynn died Tuesday in a hospital.

   A native of Lexington, he was the husband of the late Callie Buchanan Lynn.

   He had retired from farming.

   Survivors include three daughters, Nellie Blythe and Linda Edwards, both of 
Suffolk, and Helen Lewis of Courtland; six sons, Lewis W. Lynn, James H. Lynn, 
Wilson Lee Lynn and Thomas J. Lynn, all of Suffolk, the Rev. Raymond Lynn of 
Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Leonard Lynn of Richmond; a brother, William Lynn 
of Staunton; 33 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-
grandchildren.
