  Mrs. Frank Parr died Wednesday night near Western Branch Church, 
this county.

I can't prove it, but she seems identical the following: 

Josephine (ARCHER; Mrs. Frank Darden) CARR, 
b. 1869, d. 1895, 
interred in Myrtle*, Nansemond Co., 
cenotaph in Oak Grove Cemetery, Portsmouth 

*Find a Grave Mem. #55325655; marker shows "Burried in Myrtle, Va." 

Her husband is buried there.
