William Rickman 

  PONCA CITY, OKLA. - William Allen Rickman, 17, died Sept. 12, 1992.  A 
native of Suffolk, he moved to Oklahoma with his family in 1978. 

  He was a senior at Ponca City High School, a member of Christian Center 
Church, an avid dirt biker, and Enduro Racer. 

  Survivors include his parents, Grady and Diane Boothe Rickman; maternal 
grandmother, Mrs. Pauline Lockey Boothe, and maternal stepgrandfather, Bobby 
L. Umphlett, of Windsor; paternal grandmother, Eloise Turner Taylor, and 
paternal stepgrandfather, Bill Taylor, of Holiday Island, N.C. 

  Graveside services will be conducted Thursdsay at 11 a.m. in Bethlehem 
Christian Church Cemetery by the Rev. Lindsey Poteat. 

  The family will receive visitors at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, on 
Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and other times at the home of the maternal 
grandmother, 11335 Five Forks Rd., Windsor. 

  Memorial donations may be made to the Mid-Atlantic Teen Challenge, c/o 11335 
Five Forks Rd., Windsor, Va. 23487.
