Harrell Funeral Home by Dr. Wayne W. Poplin. Burial was in Holly Lawn Cemetery. She died Monday in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Southampton County and the wife of Joseph T. Todd and a daughter of Mrs. Etta May Cook of Ivor. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Other survivors include a daughter, Miss Pamela R. Todd and two sons, Robert A. Todd and Dennis D. Todd, all of Suffolk; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Belle Warren and Mandy E. Nelms of Smithfield and Mrs. Martha Ericson of Virginia Beach; four brothers, Sam W. Cook, Herbert W. Cook and James W.
