Turner, 97, died Feb. 11, 1999, at Lafayette Villa. She was a native of Southampton County, Va., a daughter of the late A.M. and Martha Sarah Hatfield Bradshaw. She was the widow of Walter T. Turner and also predeceased by a sister, Beverly T. Angelillo. Mrs. Turner was retired as a clerk for Small Hardware and was a member of Central Baptist Church. She attended Shiflet Sunday School Class and was past president of V.F.W. Auxiliary Chapter No. 392 in Norfolk. Survivors include her daughter, Kathryn T. Garner of Norfolk; and a special nephew and his wife, Garland L. and Jean O. Bradshaw of Norfolk. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. David Sedaca. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Viewing will begin Monday at the funeral home. The family, at other times, will be at the residence of the daughter. Contributions may be made to Central Baptist Church, 701 Olney Road, Norfolk, Va. 23507.
