She was a native of Detroit, Mich., and a former resident of Suffolk, Va. She was the widow of A. Withers Woolford. She was a member of the Suffolk Literary Club and the Jacksonville YWCA. She is survived by one daughter, Miss Nancy Polk Woolford of Jacksonville, Fla., and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted Monday morning, 10:30 a m. in St. Phillip's Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Fla. A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Suffolk, by the Rev. James H. Newsom Jr., with burial in Holly Lawn Cemetery. R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Missouri W. Raine, Ferry Point Road, Suffolk.
