Surry County Virginia USGenWeb Archives Cemeteries.....Addison Cemetery - Partial Survey More to Come ************************************************ Copyright. It is roughly located 2 miles north of the route 10/route 31 intersection on route 31. At the traffic light at the intersection head north (on route 31). Go past Smith’s Fort Plantation (approximately 2 miles). The cemetery will be on the left hand side about a quarter of a mile into the woods. There is no road access; access is through the field and woods. The Cemetery is in poor condition, with one of the graves actually open (deterioration). There appear to be about nine graves. I could only find information on three of the graves. The other graves are so grown over and in poor condition that information may be on them, but not readable at this time. I plan to re-contact the family members and see if they plan to clean-up the area.
