Have bargained and sold and do by these presents for myself, my heirs, my executors & administrators forever bargain and sell and ______ erfeoftee and confirm unto ye said John Johnson & to his heirs and assigns forever _____ moysetys in deal of three hundred & fourteen acres of land scituate lying and being in ye parish and county aforesaid ye above said three hundred and fourteen acres of land being joyntly taken ep and presented by ye to Walter Cotton & Thomas Cotton of ye parish and county aforesaid as by ye originall pattent bearing ye 20th of Sep Anno Dom. 1688 relation long thereunto had itt doth and may appear and between the said three hundred...........
