  Please to grant to Mr. Thomas Fletcher the warrant that may be due on my 
account (for my son) and his receipt if regained shall be good against ___ ___ 
given(rest unreadable)

  I do with the advice of council hereby certify that Margaret Bedolph widow of 
Jasper Bedolph who was a private in the State Regiment of Artillery and died in 
the service of this commonwealth is continued on the list of pensioners with an 
allowance of five pounds yearly commencing on the first day of January 1891.
Given under my hand as the governor of the commonwealth of Virginia on this 10th 
day of October 1792.
