I do with the advice of Council certify that Mourning Savidge, widow of Philip 
Savidge, who was a private in the 4th Virginia Regiment and who died in the 
service of the United States is allowed the sum of eight pounds yearly, 
commencing on the first day of January 1787.  Given under my hand as Governor of 
the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this 9th day of March 1787.
