GERTRUDE MAE ANDREWS 

MISS GERTRUDE ANDREWS 

  WAKEFIELD, VA. - Feb 12 - Miss Gertrude Andrews, a resident of Surry County 
near here, died Monday in a Williamsburg hospital.  She is survived by her 
father, W.H. Andrews; one sister, Miss Sadie Andrews, and three brothers, 
B.B., W.C. and R.E. Andrews, all of Wakefield.  The funeral service will be 
held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Traylor & Purviance Funeral Home.  Burial will 
be in Rocky Hock Cemetery.

  Miss Gertrude Andrews, a resident of Surry County near Wakefield, died 
Monday in a Williamsburg hospital.  She is survived by her father, W.H. 
Andrews; one sister, Miss Sadie Andrews, and three brothers, B.B., W.C., 
and R.E. Andrews, all of Wakefield.  A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. 
Wednesday at Traylor & Purviance Funeral Home, with Rev. J.L. Blankenship, 
Jr. assisted by Dr. J.E. White, conducting the [service.] 

  Active pallbearers were Messrs. F.S. Cooper, C.M. Ellis, Jr., J.G. Goodrich, 
C.C. Murphy and J.B. Murphy.
