His mother, "Miss Violet," was a dear lady and was going to have Fred and his brother, Tom, at church on Sunday morning if at all possible. Fred was always friendly and likeable as a boy. This was a trait that went with him through life. Fred had a way of getting into trouble when he was growing up. He would have a mischievous smile on his face the whole time. Of course, it was jsut innocent trouble but boy, died he have fun. Even though Fred is gone now we will always remember his smiling face.
