A native of Southampton County, he was co-owner of Brittle Interior Decorators from 1946-1968 and was a member of Wakefield Christian Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Thelma Butler Brittle, a daughter, Mrs. T.M. Drewry Jr. of Wakefield, a sister, Mrs. Lucille B. Barnes of Hampton and a grandchild. A funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Purviance Funeral Home Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. J.A. Brown. Drewry, Jr. of Wakefield; a sister, Mrs. Lucille Barnes of Hampton; and a granddaughter. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. J.
