HELEN RIMEL COLLIER 

HELEN R. COLLIER 

  WAKEFIELD - Helen Rimel Collier, 84, a retired registered nurse, died 
Monday, March 2. 

  Mrs. Collier, a native of Broadway, was a member of Rocky Hock United 
Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and the Woman's Club of Wakefield. 

  Survived by two sisters, Martha R. Collier of Waverly and Ruby R. Orebaugh 
of Mt. Sidney; and several nieces and nephews. 

  Visitation from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Purviance Funeral Home.  Funeral at 2 
p.m. Wednesday at Rocky Hock United Methodist Church by the Rev. Jess V. 
Staton.  Burial in Rocky Hock Cemetery. 

  Memorials to Rocky Hock United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, c/o J.S.

HELEN RIMEL COLLIER 

  Helen Rimel Collier, 84, died Monday, March 2 at Waverly Health Care Center. 

  Mrs. Collier was the widow of Earl L. Collier and a native of Broadway, Va. 
She was the daughter of the late Burnel T. and Sallie Kline Rimel.  She was a 
retired registered nurse.  She was a member of Rocky Hock United Methodist 
Church, the United Methodist Women and the Woman's Club of Wakefield. 

  Survivors include two sisters, Martha R. Collier of Waverly, and Ruby R. 
Orebaugh of Mt. Sidney, Va., and several nieces and nephews. 

  A funeral service will be held at Rocky Hock United Methodist Church on 
Wednesday, March 4 at 2 p.m.  Rev. Jess V. Station will officiate.  Interment 
will follow in the Rocky Hock Cemetery. 

  Memorial donations may be made to the Rocky Hock united Methodist Church 
Memorial Fund. c/o Mr. J.C. Whitmore, Jr., RFD Wakefield, Va. 23888 or 
Waverly Rescue Squad Waverly, Va. 23890. 

  Purviance Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
