MARION ELIZABETH FAISON CLARK 

  CHATHAM - Mrs. Marion Faison Clark, 69, died unexpectedly July 22 at her 
home in Chatham.

  Born in Surry County, she was the daughter of the late John Robert Faison 
and Gertrude Ella Hargrave Faison.  She was a member of the Chatham Baptist 
Church.

  Survivors include her widower, Curtis M. Clark; one daughter, Joan Hale 
Clark Motley of Chatham; one sister, Sarah Lois Faison of Lynchburg; and two 
grandsons.

  A funeral was held at Scott Funeral chapel and burial was in Oak Grove 
Cemetery, Chatham.

b. 30 Nov 1910, Surry Co., d. 22 Jul 1980, at home, Chatham, 
interred in Oak Grove Christian Church Cemetery*, Chatham,

Her parents are buried in Rocky Hock Methodist Church Cemetery, Surry Co., 
   near Wakefield.
