BESSIE LEE PRESSON DEMONDE 

MRS. DEMONDE* 

  DENDRON - A funeral for Mrs. Bessie Presson Demonde, who died Tuesday, will 
be held at 1:30 p.m. today in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield.  Burial will 
be in Rocky Hock Church Cemetery, Surry. 

  The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions 
to the Surry Rescue Squad or a favorite charity. 


Bessie Lee (PRESSON; Mrs. Herbert) DEMONDE, formerly of Washington, DC, 
b. 26 Feb 1900, Surry Co., d. 8 Jan 1964, Richmond, 
interred in Rocky Hock Methodist Church Cemetery (Plot 64**), Surry Co., 
   19 Sep 1976,

Her parents, Fields White Sr. & Alice May Virginia (PRESSON) COBB, and 
   maternal grandparents are buried in the same plot.
