EDWARD CARY GAY 

  GAY - Died, 12:30 p.m. yesterday, in one of the local hospitals, after an 
operation, Edward C. Gay.  He leaves to mourn their loss a widow, Minnie Lee; 
two sons, R. Ashton and E. Compton.  Funeral at Wakefield, Va., Sunday, April 
8.

b. 20 Aug 1868, Southampton Co., d. 6 Apr 1923, Richmond,
