Wednesday Purviance Funeral Home, burial Rocky Hock Methodist Church Cemetery.

DAISIE REBECCA GOODRICH 

MISS GOODRICH BURIED WEDNESDAY 

  Miss Daisie Rebecca Goodrich, 58, of near Wakefield in Surry County, died 
Monday at her residence.  She was a member of Rocky Hock Methodist Church, a 
lifelong resident of Surry County and a daughter of John A. and Ida Bailey 
Goodrich. 

  She is survived by two sisters, Miss Addie R. Goodrich of Surry and Mrs. 
Hattie G. Brittle of Warwick; a foster daughter, Miss Mabel J. Goodrich, and 
two brothers, John W. and Robert B. Goodrich, all of Wakefield, and several 
nieces and nephews. 

  Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Purviance Funeral Chapel, 
Wakefield, with Rev. L.P. Bland officiating.  Burial was at Rocky Hock 
Methodist Church Cemetery. 

  Pallbearers were Jerome Goodrich, Fenton Goodrich, E. Carlton Goodrich, John 
W. Goodrich Jr., G. Willard Goodrich, R.E. Eggleston, Eric Eggleston and 
Edward Drewry.
