HUNNICUTT BURIED THURSDAY AT BACONS CASTLE Mrs. Hettie Hunnicutt, 79, died November 22nd at 7:30 at her home near Bacons Castle after a long illness. She was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters; Miss Hyacinth Hunnicutt and Mrs. Jack Davis; two sons, A.R. Hunnicutt and Clyde Hunnicutt, all of Bacons Castle; one brother, J.F. Duell [sic; Dewell], of Norfolk; 20 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at Bacons Castle Cemetery by the Rev. E.C. Smith, pastor of Claremont-Surry charge.
