HARGRAVE, 83, DIED AT NEWPORT NEWS George Lloyd Hargrave, 83, died Wednesday at a Newport News hospital. He was the son of the late George M. and Mary Rogers Hargrave. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. H.L. Harris of Wakefield, and two brothers, Garland Hargrave, of Petersburg; and Bernard Hargrave, of Franklin, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Rocky Hock Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Pittman, Nick Jordan, Owen Whitmore, Arthur Presson, Garland Spratley, M.B. Joyner, Linwood Cofer, Hildra Johnson and Wyatt Slade.
